- Focus on private wealth management segment, including high net worth and family offices. Form good understanding on the wealth management landscape and develop a good network within the segment.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, including but not limited to direct prospecting, referring channels and events.
- Develop in-depth understanding on moomoo’s platforms, products and solutions, able to differentiate and match accordingly to Private Wealth clients’ trading and investment needs.
- Initiate and drive internal improvements on platforms, products and solutions to better match the general needs of private wealth clients.
- Plan and work independently to achieve personal sales targets within a team setup, where you can leverage resources among your peers and other teams within the company.
- Maintain good relationship with family offices and HNW clients, and establish long term client retention and partnerships.
- At least 3 years of working experience in business development functions facing HNW clients or family offices, focusing on trading/investment products, platforms, or solutions.
- Have experiences dealing with private wealth clients on investment and asset allocation, ect. Being able to advise accordingly.
- Self-driven in sales function and able to manage the whole sales cycle independently.
- Solid knowledge base in multi-assets, compulsory in equities trading. Able to pick up quickly on demonstrating trading/investment platform and solutions.
- Fast learner, effective communicator, and team player.
- Good command of Mandarin is a huge plus.
