Responsibilities:
* Assist the Manager in handling and maintaining proper records of enquiries or complaints received from residents / tenants
* Answering phones and receiving residents request in a professional manner with a positive attitude
* Maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the estate
* Maintain inventory of office stationery and equipment maintenance record
Requirements:
* Proficient in MS Office
* Relevant working experience in the service industry or residential development
* Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
* Minimum of 'O' Level or other relevant certificates
* Required to work on alternate Saturday
