Job Description:
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Develop full scale project plans
- Assemble and coordinate project staff (TEAM)
- Manage project budget
- Manage project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Quality assurance
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Follow Up All cliam status .
- Able to lead team .
- Exp in Builder Work ( A&A upgrading Work & Archi Work )
Job Criteria
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) , Archi or equivalent.
- At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as a Construction Manager roles.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
