GTK is looking for dynamic HR manager who can be part of the team here to continue to develop the role and continuously improve our processes and assist in our growth. We are looking for a ‘people person’ who can make a difference in attracting, developing and retaining staff in the in the modern workplace.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions with the help of an HR executive
- Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding including search, selection and retention of the right staff
- Handle work pass applications for new, renewal, cancellation and repatriation of foreign staff
- Highly knowledgeable in current regulations and compliance requirements from the relevant authorities and able to assess impact of changing regulations on the workplace
- Continue to improve and develop the HR function, processes and procedures and also capable of supporting ISO audit requirements
- Responsible for group health insurance scheme and submission of insurance claims
- Source and administer suitable training programmes for employees and apply for training grants
- Manage employee relations and welfare plus monitor external issues
- Responsible for all mandatory HR surveys and reports
- Organize staff recreational events and team bonding activities
- Undertake any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management team
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant managerial experience, ASEAN/international expertise an advantage
- Personal qualities will be important; high integrity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive practical problem solving and a team player
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
