Responsibilities:
· Coordinate design drawings with Consultants to comply with requirements of the Authorities
· Review and provide solutions to technical matters as well as planning, monitor and report drawing production progress
· Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S drawings
· Handles construction matters on drawings and liaise closely with Architectural and M&E Teams as well as the Authorities
· Supervise a team of BIM Modellers for the production of coordinated drawings and Concrete Plans
· Involved in tendering for new projects
Requirements:
· Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
· 3 to 5 years of relevant design working experience in British & Singapore Design Standards
· Preferably Professional Engineer registered with Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
· Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
