1. Monitoring of Cafe operations, food hygiene, food quality and safety compliance.
2. Hiring and training of new employees and to oversee night duties.
3. Reviewing menu, work with chef to prepare new products and promotion of new food items.
4. Maintianing communication with food vendors to ensure adequate supplies and food price.
5. Regular checking of inventory.
6. Responsible for promotion & events planning and execution.
7. Daily cafe maintenace and upkeep.
