Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend to customer's enquiries through phone, email and etc.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customer/suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, sales orders and delivery orders.
- Prepare shipping documents and liaise with customers and forwarders on shipments.
- Coordinate with customers & suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Support the Sales Team in monitoring of quotations, order and delivery schedules.
- Other tasks as delegated by Superior.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- GCN ‘N’/ ‘O’ Level, Technical Institution, Diploma
- At least one year of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduate with strong background in related engineering discipline will also be considered.
Preferred Skills:
- Self-motivated
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Able to multitask
- Understanding in engineering drawing and documents will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency with computer skills.(ie. MS Office, SAP)
