Responsibilities:
- Prepare project tender documents and contracts.
- Participate in pre-tender activities with clients, architects, and project managers, and raise pre-bid queries.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for optimal prices and terms.
- Perform cost estimation, quantity take-offs, prepare BOM, source suppliers and quotations, verify claims, and prepare progress and variation claims.
- Coordinate with other departments and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalents.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction industry.
- Proficient in aluminium window and door systems, metal wall cladding, and glass curtain walls.
