Job Scope:

  • The Digital Product Manager will champion end-to-end design and delivery of new capabilities for Singapore. This role is responsible for the development and continuous improvement of a set of digital product features and services.

Responsibilities

  • Define and develop product strategy and roadmap for non-financial products and services, driven by customers insights and competitor landscape.
  • Translate concepts into a working product through iterative manner, starting from minimum viable product and scaling it subsequently to meet the product strategy and goal.
  • Define user flows and establish user requirements with UI/UX and Technology teams to build the best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Drive Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) use case discovery process and experiments through identification of opportunities based on customers’ and employees’ job-to-be done.
  • Define and implement policies in line with the bank’s goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate alongside with key stakeholders to provide clear communications of the product and services to customers and touchpoints (including branches and contact centres)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Computing or in any related majors.
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience across broad domains preferably with proven track record in Digital / Innovations / Artificial Intelligence (AI) /Machine Learning (ML).
  • Proficient in formulating and implementing strategies / policies to achieve the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Understanding of banking related processes, systems, regulatory and risk framework.
  • Able to manage ambiguity, assess situations independently and apply judgment as appropriate.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
