The Role:

This Potential Candidate is responsible for maximizing revenue for APAC resorts through all Revenue Management yielding levers, focusing primarily on operational tasks. Collaborate closely with other functions within RMP to manage daily business operations while identifying revenue risks and opportunities. Additionally, this candidate serve as a coordinator across different departments and business units, supporting requests and participating in cross-functional projects.


Scope:

Ensure all revenue management (RM) yielding levers are effectively implemented and adjusted as per strategy and direction. Maximize revenue for APAC resorts, including Capa management, handling daily business requests, and adjusting yielding levers. Act as a partner to commercial markets, fostering a yielding culture within APAC. Adapt working processes and methodologies in alignment with company strategy.


Implementation of RM yielding levers based on shared strategy and direction:

  • Implement and set up all RM yielding levers in the system as per the provided direction and strategy, covering aspects like Capa management, 0LB1, minimum LOS, etc.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for sales openings based on daily communications with markets and observed business needs.
  • Ensure consistency in RM actions and proposals to maintain effectiveness and alignment with strategic objectives.

Closely monitor and ensure timely management of ongoing season yielding levers:

  • Review yielding levers regularly, making manual adjustments in the system based on current context, strategy, direction, and market needs. This includes adjustments such as 0LB1, minimum LOS reviews, connecting room split/merge, and FOC upgrades.
  • Effectively handle MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) requests from worldwide markets, including group and RAV (Room, Accommodation, Venue) quotations, and series group departures.
  • Participate in internal business reviews, providing insights and action proposals based on daily observations and feedback on risks and opportunities.
  • Support the AM (Asset Manager) in optimizing daily working processes and standardizing methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Participate in various RM projects to ensure successful implementation across APAC:

  • Engage in testing and implementing new yielding systems in APAC, focusing on RM functions. Contribute actively in brainstorming sessions, workshops, and provide feedback and improvement proposals. Define working methodologies tailored to specific village requirements.
  • Support the development of company-wide projects. Collaborate with RMP team members on global initiatives, ensuring APAC-specific needs are addressed. For local projects, assist project teams by offering proposals, recommendations, and necessary information. Play a key role in testing and implementing RM-related systems in APAC.
  • Collaborate with the AM on accommodation topics and act as a coordinator, facilitating cooperation and communication across departments and business units.


Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Business or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Revenue Management field, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience handle Clusters/Multiple Entities
  • Knowledge of Revenue Management principles.
  • Solution-oriented team player with a strong analytical background.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
