The position is within the Pricing Quant team, responsible for delivering Front-Office Quant Analytics and Technology solutions for Risk, Pricing, and Quantitative Trading.
The candidate will collaborate with a Senior Desk Quant, providing support to Portfolio Managers, internal Developers, and functional teams. They will work on a centralized desk Quant mandate to develop tools and solutions for Pre-Trade analytics.
The essential qualifications are:
- 1-3 years of experience directly interfacing with Front-Office teams, including Portfolio Managers and Traders.
- Strong understanding of FX, Equities, Fixed Income, and Rates instruments, gained through a current Desk Development role.
- Proficiency in Python, with at least 1 year of hands-on desk development experience.
- Excel and VBA development skills, used for creating and maintaining tools and reports for a Risk management desk.
- Experience with market data connectivity development using vendor APIs such as Bloomberg or Refinitiv.
