- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels including walk-ins, online inquiries, and referrals. Qualify leads through effective communication to understand their fitness goals and needs.
- Present and promote personal training programs to potential clients.
- Conduct consultations and tours of the facility, showcasing the benefits of our personalized training programs.
- Follow up with leads through personalized communication to nurture relationships and convert them into members.
- Close sales by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and overcoming objections.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track lead statuses in the CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions that drive new memberships
- Participate in community events and networking opportunities to generate new leads and increase brand awareness
Qualifications
- Experience of at least 3+ years in a sales role, compulsorily in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Strong proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools, as well as MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and understand client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
