Our Client, a Prestigious Law Firm is seeking to recruit a HR executive (Contract- 6 months).
Location: Central Singapore
Responsibilities:
- To provide support to the HR Manager in the full spectrum of HR duties including but not limited to Payroll, recruitment and administrative functions
- Handling payroll administration matters
- Assist to administer in staff benefits, programs, insurance, and events
- Providing data for and preparation of management information reports and documents
- Maintaining and administering the leave portal and other HR database/systems
- Assisting on recruitment matters and providing administrative support for foreign hire
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant studies
- At least 2 years of HR experience, with prior experience in Payroll functions
- Conversant with local labour legislation is of an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong administration skills and ability to work as a team player
