Our client is a music education company. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Associate Centre Manager to join their Education Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the multiple areas in Singapore - easily accessible.


Duties of Associate Centre Manager:

  • Regularly evaluate front desk staff to ensure top-notch service, effective customer interactions, sales capabilities, and professional behavior. Implement a comprehensive feedback system for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the logistical and maintenance operations to maintain a pristine, high-quality environment akin to a luxury hotel. Ensure cleanliness and a positive overall experience.
  • Meet monthly lead generation, sales/enrollment targets, and other growth objectives set by management. Mentor team members to help them achieve their individual targets.
  • Foster a positive work environment aligned with company values. Implement initiatives to address workplace challenges and organize staff welfare events to boost employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure high customer retention through effective problem-solving and superior service standards. Motivate the team to find optimal solutions that meet both customer needs and company goals, aiming for high customer satisfaction.\Maintain consistent and aligned communication with the company's core values across all channels. Proactively report any issues or concerns to management for a collaborative approach.
  • Ensure full adoption and goal achievement of the Enigma system, complying with all directives.
  • Track and report on team evaluations, development, and improvement plans.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

  • Able to commit to working Reatil Hours and Weekends
