Job Summary:

- Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 9am – 6 pm
- Salary range: up to SGD 5,000 (dep on exp)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Able to plan and teach English Language lessons as outlined by the department's Scheme-of-Work.
- Mark and provide feedback on students' assignments regularly.
- Set test and examination papers as per department requirements.
- Able to effectively engage and manage the students during lessons using a variety of teaching pedagogies and classroom management skills.
- Able to monitor students' academic progress and performance accordance to standards of school.
- Able to execute form teacher duties as well as other related duties as assigned by the school for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of work unit.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Education (English Language) from National Institute of Education (NIE).
- Must have experience teaching Normal Technical English students.
- Possess minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
- Able to work in a school environment with at-risk students as well as students with Special Education Needs.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and be a good team player.
