Responsibilities
- Provide front-line user technical support locally and remotely;
- Manage office endpoint deployment;
- Maintaining and hardening endpoints and software;
- Manage office hardware and software inventories;
- Manage update and upgrade of all office servers and endpoints;
- Deploy and maintain office VOIP (Avaya) system and phones, video conferencing systems in meeting rooms and other relevant IT devices;
- Perform regular health and audit check on all office devices, endpoints, and servers;
- Perform any administrations duties in Active Directory, email related to user’s office access rights;
- Handle procurement of hardware such as Laptops and other peripherals;
- Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities when required.
Requirements
- 1 Full-Time position available;
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills;
- Strong basic networking concept and understanding;
- Adaptive to different situations; attentive and proactive to issues; team-oriented person;
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree of Computer Science / Information Technology in Network / Database / Security or equivalent;
- Possess MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, ITIL or any other professional certificates;
- Knowledge in MS AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, GPO, UNIX, Windows scripting experience;
