Job Description:
· Process purchase orders and requisition
· Co-ordinate purchases of all raw materials and equipment
· Source and evaluate suppliers' performance
· Negotiate contracts, keeping within budgetary requirements
· Formulate purchasing procedures, policies and documentation system
· Perform data entry for purchases and other administrative duties
· Liaise closely with Production Planning and Store to achieve stock availability at all times
· Any other tasks assigned by superior time to time
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline
· At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity is preferred
· Good communication & negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Pro-active and meticulous with positive attitude
