As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling in-bound calls, facsimiles and email requests for general enquiries within the hospital targeted service standard levels.
Requirements:
Min GCE O Levels / Nitec / Dip in any discipline
Experience working in Call Centre / Customer Service / or those from Consumer Sales seeking for a Non-sales role
Able to provide quality customer service to patients over the phone
Good communication skills
