Job Scope
- Plan and supervise the care of residents.
- Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well-being of residents.
- Put up monthly interview records for residents.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the Home's equipment.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the Home premises.
Requirement
- Min. Diploma/Degree in any field of study
- Min. 1 year of related working experience in healthcare, social or community services sectors would be good
- Keen to work in the community / welfare home setting.
- Able to work independently as well as embrace teamwork.
- Comfortable with 4 days, 12hr shift work roster
