- Salary: Basic up to $6500 + VB
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday (42.5 hours per week); Rotational Shifts: 7am - 4:30pm/ 7:30am - 5pm/ 8am - 5:30pm/ 8:30am - 6pm/ 9am - 6:30pm/ 9:30am - 7pm

Job Scope:
- Develop and implement frameworks to enhance Centre operations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards
- Set and maintain health, safety, nutritional, and hygiene standards
- Lead in modelling the Centre’s mission, vision, and values
- Establish strategies for sustained collaborative partnerships with stakeholders
- Foster a culture of mentoring, coaching, and skill development
- Develop proactive strategies to address staff challenges effectively
- Implement effective classroom management strategies
- Evaluate and enhance the quality of the learning environment
- Promote a collaborative culture among staff and stakeholders
- Establish the school's strategic direction aligned with company goals
- Develop long- and short-term development strategies
- Monitor and adjust development plans to ensure progress
- Review and update standard operating procedures (SOP) for efficiency
- Direct efforts in parent partnership and community engagement
