Job Description
Data Analytics and Reporting
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends and patterns in operational processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present findings and insights to senior management to support decision-making.
Process Improvement
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their impact.
Project Management
- Manage projects related to operational excellence from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and report on project status to stakeholders.
System Enhancement
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements to support operational excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement new systems or upgrade existing systems.
- Ensure that system changes are aligned with business needs and improve overall efficiency.
Innovation
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging new ideas and approaches to improve operational processes.
- Research and implement best practices and emerging trends in operational excellence and data analytics.
- Drive innovative solutions to address operational challenges and improve performance.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with various departments to understand their operational challenges and needs.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive collaboration and support for improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for changes.
