Job Description


Data Analytics and Reporting

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends and patterns in operational processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present findings and insights to senior management to support decision-making.

Process Improvement

  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their impact.

Project Management

  • Manage projects related to operational excellence from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and report on project status to stakeholders.

System Enhancement

  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements to support operational excellence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement new systems or upgrade existing systems.
  • Ensure that system changes are aligned with business needs and improve overall efficiency.

Innovation

  • Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging new ideas and approaches to improve operational processes.
  • Research and implement best practices and emerging trends in operational excellence and data analytics.
  • Drive innovative solutions to address operational challenges and improve performance.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with various departments to understand their operational challenges and needs.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive collaboration and support for improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for changes.
