Responsibilities
- Verify inventory based on PO and advise for order launching
- Inventory and order tracking and reporting
- Material inbound and reservation based on customer purchase order
- Daily inventory inbound and outbound tracking
- Liaise with external parties on inbound/outbound/inventory
- Equipment repair and return monitoring and follow up
- DMA, RMN and send for repair
- Site to site material transfer verification and tracking
- Maintain Implementation Material inventory
- Customer communication
- Site to site transfer and return material to customer WH
- Site survey and installation report
- Return of decom material from site to warehouse
- Reporting of inventory and other related
- Maintaining inventory for project deployment. Assist project managers for material reservation and delivery to other countries
- Liaise with customer on urgent project inventory matters, as required
- Warehouse survey & installation report customisation and verification (where applicable)
Requirements
- Minimum ITE qualification with 1 year experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and in teams
- 5 days, 9am to 6pm, central, 1 year contract
