The Role:
- Singaporean/PR Only
- Work with external creatives to develop content across all social media channels (FB, IG, YT, TT)
- Content calendar planning and execution, including generating creative copy for all online content
- Community management
- Develop and execute review generation strategies (photo, video, written) across multiple social channels
- Lead the company’s influencer marketing efforts and managing deliverables
- Develop customer retargeting strategies through social media
- Deep-dive into social media analytics in order to gather actionable insights and generate monthly reports
- Managing social media platforms of the organization.
- Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization, vendors and team members
- Ability to work with the production team to deliver engaging, creative content (graphic, image and video) and familiar with web design/digital design
- Superior collaboration and teamwork skills; experience working with cross- functional teams
- Project management experience and adaptability: Ability to re-prioritize while operating within a fast paced environment, while continuously maintaining attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Intermediate level in Google for Work products (Google Analytics, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience in building up a new brand and in sports industry is a huge plus
- Minimum Polytechnic qualification in Media Production & Design or Mass Comms background
- 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, for an advertiser, agency, ad tech or social media platform.
