Reporting to the Head, Business Development and you will work with Business Executives to fulfil the following job responsibilities:
Support and manage sales and marketing activities
· Coordinate, implement and support the promotion and marketing (through marketing collaterals) of the Centre’s training courses, programmes, seminars and workshops
· Prepare periodic sales, marketing, financial reports and any other reports as may be required
· Update clients’ records, including computer-based central database, and attend to sales enquiries
· Assist in the planning and preparation of RELC International Conferences, exhibitions, road-shows, meetings, and official functions, including physical arrangements, at the Centre or overseas
Manage Operations and Administration
· Provide general administrative support including attending to correspondences & queries pertaining to courses and monitoring class attendance
· Work with Head for new business proposals for courses, training programmes, seminars and workshops
· Lead the development of proposals and sales collateral based on evaluation of business opportunities
· Work out pricing framework according to market trends and emerging market segments
· Collate and monitor the satisfaction and outcomes of business transaction from the clients and vendors
Key Requirements:
· Degree / Diploma in Business / Marketing or related discipline
· Minimum 3-4 years in a Business Development/Sales/Operations role, preferably in the education & training sector
· Detailed, meticulous and able to multitask
· Sales driven and result oriented
· Customer centric
· Good project management and presentation skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
