We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fire Protection Service Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of technicians. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Supervision and Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of fire protection service technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate routine inspections, maintenance, ad-hoc work requests, replacements, and minor Addition & Alteration (A&A) works to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work performed by the team meets quality standards and complies with relevant fire safety codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Inspections and Audits:Conduct regular inspections and audits of fire protection systems and work performed by the team to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Assist technicians in diagnosing and resolving complex issues with fire protection systems.
- Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Documentation and Reporting: Oversee the maintenance of accurate records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and other activities, and prepare detailed reports for management and clients.
- Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce adherence to all safety protocols and procedures within the team to ensure a safe working environment.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven 5 years of experience as a Fire Protection Service Technician with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, codes, and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
