Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Benefits – Health screening, wellness, welfare etc
- Manage Leave System and administration
- Manage Insurance queries / claims and administration etc
- Manage Rewards such as ling service award, recognition and other awards
- Manage HR reports and budgets
- Support HR Personnel Filing, HR culture program
- Other ad hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or equivalent;
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Manufacturing environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Able to start work immediate
