Job Descriptions:
- Oversee daily operations of the Plants Rental Department.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress
- Focus on preventing and reducing unplanned schedule changes by tracking and communicating root causes to missed schedule adherence.
- Scheduling, coordinating, and ensuring timely delivery of our service to the customers
- Collaborate and connect between departments (Customer Service, Sales, Procurement, Accounts, Marketing) providing support and ensuring that all the team requests are met.
- Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills with ability to manage employees
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics
- Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
- Write and submit reports to company leadership in all matters of importance
- Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
- Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
- Forecast labour, materials and equipment needs
Requirements:
- Min Diploma level
- 3 to 4 years of managing operations, preferably in landscaping service.
- Work with a high standard of performance, personal integrity, and fairness.
- Demonstrate strong initiative with ability to work with limited direct supervision
- Demonstrate strong administrative paperwork and organizational skills
- Valid Singapore Driving license.
- Min 3-4 years experience
