JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGER who is passionate for great F&B. He or she should be a natural when it comes to hospitality. Responsibilities:
Plan, review and execute inventory management and control and to make purchases and stock based on sales volume.
Plan and manage staff scheduling and deployment to maximize efficiencies for operation needs
Ensuring restaurants' mise-en-place and operating procedures are done before operations.
Compilation of reports pertaining to daily operations.
Involve with Restaurant F&B promotions and prepare necessary promotional collaterals
Conducting daily briefing or roll-calls for staff in the restaurant.
Ensuring that tables are set according to reservations.
Plan, organize and execute a training system for all staffs.
Maintaining a level of cleanliness according to statutory requirement.
Monitor restaurant quality, service, cleanliness and value
Enforce standards and manage restaurant operating cost and profitability.
Handling of employees' grievances and complaints
Handling of employees' annual appraisal and career development.
Oversee operations to ensure compliance to SOP’s safety regulations, implementation policies and guidelines in the restaurant.
Lead team by providing guidance, support and motivation
Train and develop assistant managers and service staffs
Requirements:
Preferably possess a Diploma in Restaurant & Culinary Operations or equivalent qualification from reputable institutions.
Possess minimum 5 years hand-on experience in managing Fine Dining restaurant
Knowledge and experience at International level.
Leadership quality with dynamic personality who can work with colleagues of different Nationalities and age group.
A team player with high integrity
Able to work restaurant operation hours – 6 days’ work week
