You will be an experienced legal manager, with experiences in general corporate transactions and commercial agreements within the technology space ranging from shareholder agreements to software as a service agreements. You will also be working closely with teams based in East Asia, providing legal translation and advisory from and to Mandarin.
about the manager/team
You will work in tandem with a regional team of legal counsels and report to a general counsel based in the Singapore office.
skills and experience required
At least 4 years of legal experiences within general corporate or commercial practice groups. Experiences in the data centre business is a strong advantage. Mandarin language is essential to communicate with relevant stakeholders and clients.
