Responsibilities:
- System Management: Oversee and maintain installed systems (MSAN, ONU MD, IPMD, IAD)
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with multiple teams to test and implement solutions, ensuring optimal performance for MSAN replacement, Copper recovery & ONU MD migration. Coordinate with building management for site access.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Work with operation, product manager and system vendor to provide support to resolve system issues promptly.
- Technical Guidance: Evaluate current systems and provide technical advice and support to users.
- System Automation: Plan and execute system automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Process Optimization: Apply optimization methodologies and risk management tools to ensure project completion aligns with stakeholder needs.
- Record Keeping: Equipment asset sighting including commissioning and decommissioning. Update NGNIS on routing and network elements
- Supporting Product: ALLC, Del, BizVoice, ISDN
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, access network, or in related field.
- Proactive, open-mined, take initiative to learn and innovate.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary range : $2500 - $3000, depending on qualifications and experience
Location : Serangoon
Working hours : as per normal office hours
Period : 1-Year Contract (renewal & conversion to permanent is subjected to performance and business’s manpower needs)
