Responsibilities:
- To resolve all technical and non-technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Oversee submission and tracking of technical drawings and proposals.
- Ensure construction meets client and regulatory standards.
- Conduct short-term planning, coordinate site work, materials, and equipment.
- Minimize material wastage, maximize equipment usage.
- Manage workforce and overtime efficiently.
- Meet targets to achieve intended cash flow.
- Understands the drawings and scope of works
Requirements:
- Possess Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (Recognized by Professional Engineers Board).
- Min 5 years in PUB (WRN) projects.
- Experience in leading a team or subcontractors is a plus.
- Strong communication, commitment, and motivation.
