Job Description
- To prepare documentation for tender submissions.
- To develop tender strategies and oversee tender estimation responsibilities.
- To coordinate with all parties to provide accurate analysis of the participated project, including collating critical information and preparing final submission documentation.
- To lead and monitor the QS team for variation works, progress claims, and cost control.
- To develop and improve departmental workflow and productivity.
- To liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, clients, and
- suppliers/vendors for project claims and cost issues.
- To develop standards for contracts, including the presentation of budgets, payment terms, etc.
- To review the contractual performance of all parties to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- To periodically report work progress to senior management.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Construction Management/Building /Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 5-years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
Meticulous and systematic individual with positive working attitude.
Good oral & written communication skills.
Multi-tasking and is able to handle stress.
