Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors in the Southeast region
- Schedule appointments and meet with customers to propose and present our products
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders, fertizlier principals, and government agencies
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends to prepare sales strategies and market penetration
- Develop and execute sales plan and stategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize revenue and market share
- Monitoring sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas of improvement.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor sales team to achieve indidual and team goals
- Provide regular sales report, sales forecase, product stock level to senior management
- Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly
- Represent the company in seminars, meetings or exhibitions to introduce the products to potential clients.
