We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations, streamline processes, and boost productivity. This role is vital in ensuring that our staffing solutions consistently meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Advertise job openings across multiple platforms and address staff inquiries regarding requirements, standards, and payment rates.
- Conduct staff briefings, manage registration/onboarding processes, oversee daily recruitment activities and job bookings, and handle job cancellations, payment vouchers, and staff payouts.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth staffing, stay updated on recruitment trends, gather staff feedback, foster positive staff relationships, and provide industry insights.
- Respond to clients' staffing requests, verify requisitions, coordinate with the Customer Support Team for staffing fulfillment, provide on-site support, maintain client relationships, collect and process client timesheets accurately, and analyze competitor and client data for valuable insights.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in a relevant field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within the staffing or service industry.
- Hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English writing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities including after work hour.
