Job Description:

  • Perform daily procurement/ warehouse duties including but not limited to inbound (receiving), outbound (pick/pack), materials handling and general housekeeping
  • Ensure accuracy of incoming goods which includes inspection for defects, damages or missing items
  • Quality and quantity check of outgoing goods before dispatching to outlets or customers
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies whenever necessary
  • Ensure all documentations relating to inventory movements are in order
  • Communicate productivity targets to the team and ensure they have a clear understanding of expectation and job requirement to current and new staff
  • Cleanliness and upkeeping of warehouse
  • Maintenance and upkeeping of equipment and vehicle
  • Assist with deliveries to outlets and customers whenever necessary
  • Responsible for monthly stock take and ensure physical goods and system levels are accounted
  • Coordinate import and export packing, preparation, documentation, etc.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers whenever needed
  • Other jobs assigned by Manager whenever required

Requirements:

- Experienced

- Committed with good working attitude and resilience to produce the desired results

- Independent and self-driven with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and perform under pressure

- Good team player
