Job Responsibilities
· Assist Project Manager in all on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submissions.
· Preparatation of Method Of Statement, Sequence of Works and any other technical documents.
· Co-ordinate with Clients / Sub Contractors / Suppliers / Consultants.
· Plan & Track the project progress with the help of the Project managers and Supervisors and aligning with the Project Completion Timeline.
· Supervise and ensure projects are carried out in accordance to company's operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
· Ensuring all site personnel are carrying out works in accordance to statutory compliance & client's requirements.
· Ensuring environmental, safety and health practices are carried out at all times.
· Other adhoc duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering MUST BE recognised by PE Board
2. At least 10 years relevant experience in tender and project management
3. Experience with LTA/PUB/JTC Projects
4. Proficient in MS Office
5. Organised, meticulous with positive work attitude
6. Able to work independently and a team player
7. Good analytical, supervision and communication skills
