Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR and Administrative Officer to manage comprehensive HR functions and support our dynamic team during a critical phase of international expansion. This role is pivotal in aligning our staffing strategy with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of tasks.
Handle special projects and assignments from the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. - Talent Acquisition & Management:Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent that aligns with our core operations in app development and publishing.
Implement effective strategies for candidate screening, interviewing, and integration. - HR Operations:Handle all administrative aspects of HR including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Assist with the relocation of international employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company and local culture. - Employee Relations:Foster a positive working environment and address any employment-related issues proactively.
Conduct performance management and employee development programs. - Strategic HR Planning:Collaborate with senior management to understand and forecast staffing needs and organizational changes.
Shape the strategic direction of the company’s staffing and talent management to align with business goals.
Qualifications:
- HR Management Experience: 3-5 years preferred, with a focus on strategic HR functions and senior executive support.
- Legal Acumen: Understanding of local and international employment regulations, particularly managing a diverse workforce.
