JOB SCOPE AND DUTIES
1. PROGRAMME, EXHIBITION & EVENT MANAGEMENT
1.1 Plan and prepare programme/event proposals
1.2 Prepare budget and secure funding
1.3 Develop programme/event contents and collaterals
1.4 Develop programme/event publicity materials
1.5 Promote and market programme/event
1.6 Liaison with government agencies, partners and vendors
1.7 Organise and execute programme/event
1.8 Liaison with participants and members
1.9 Manage programme/event and progress reporting
1.10 Prepare programme/event accounts
1.11 Conduct programme evaluation or post-event survey
1.12 Prepare programme/event reports
1.13 Prepare programme/event articles for publications
2. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
2.1 Provide secretariat support to ASMI Council and Committees
2.2 Provide administrative support for ASMI events
2.3 Provide support to other ASMI events and activities as and when required
2.4 Undertake special projects and ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
