Job Responsibilities:
*To adapt training materials in order to fit the context and enhance content of existing training support documents as and when required.
*To deliver training to therapists in line with the sales cycles and training priorities.
*To deliver induction and specific training to grow and develop the brand.
*To develop and motivate Therapists and Sales Consultants through training and coaching
*To contribute to Training projects, training needs , evaluation analysis , update of training programs, action plan on training and coaching
*To be active on the field to observe customer purchase behaviour and interact with the Sales consultants and customer
*To identify and provide feedback for future training needs.
* To monitor competitors’ new products to provide more updated comparison information.
*To perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.
Job Requirements :
*Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
*High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong leadership and people management skills
*Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels
*Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
*With minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, ideally in Aesthetic face and body treatments.
*Certified by CIDESCO, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA or any other relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetic.
