- North East - Jalan Tani (Kovan) / Bartley (Tai Seng)
- East - East Coast (Kembangan)
Job Scope:
Strategic Leadership and Management:
- Develop and implement frameworks to enhance Centre operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
- Set and maintain health, safety, nutritional, and hygiene standards.
- Lead in modelling the Centre’s mission, vision, and values.
- Establish strategies for sustained collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
Staff Development and Operations:
- Foster a culture of mentoring, coaching, and skill development.
- Develop proactive strategies to address staff challenges effectively.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies.
- Evaluate and enhance the quality of the learning environment.
- Promote a collaborative culture among staff and stakeholders.
Strategic Planning and Community Engagement:
- Establish the school's strategic direction aligned with company goals.
- Develop long- and short-term development strategies.
- Monitor and adjust development plans to ensure progress.
- Review and update standard operating procedures (SOP) for efficiency.
- Direct efforts in parent partnership and community engagement.
