Salling Search is recruiting an Accountant (Shipping) for a reputable ship owner and operator based in Singapore.
For this role, it is a must that you have the following skills, traits or past experience:
- Preparation and posting of journal entries.
- Reconciliations of voyage-related accounts.
- Review of voyage results for accuracy & adjustments.
- Regulatory – audit preparedness.
- Performing intercompany reconciliations.
- Processing Voyage insurance.
- Maintenance of accurate financial data.
- Bank reconciliations
Requirements
- A degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Knowledgeable in Excel.
- A basic understanding of ERP system(s), we use Microsoft Business Central.
- Experience in a commodity trading house/shipping will be preferred.
