Job Description

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in the printing industry, logistics or e-commerce, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to foster long-term client relationships. As a Senior BD Manager, you will be working directly with the MD, and juggle key

responsibilities in account management, business development, while developing sound sales strategies to help you achieve your goals.


Account Management:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and pipeline management.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s market presence and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Business Development:

  • Identify and target new clients and business opportunities within the printing industry.
  • Drive sales initiatives, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiations.


Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Explore and expand into new markets and regions to increase the company’s market share.
  • Develop and execute plans for entering new industry verticals


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth (10 - 15 years of experience)
  • Strong understanding of printing technologies, products, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
