Job Descriptions:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for daily logistical scheduling.
· Coordinate and manage schedules for the collection and distribution of goods.
· Act as the focal point for stock-related inquiries.
· Address and resolve stock-related issues and provide information as needed.
· Manage and oversee the schedule for lamp collections.
· Ensure timely and accurate collection according to the planned schedule.
· Maintain and update warehouse documentation including the log book, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) records, Form1, and Google Sheets.
· Record daily in-and-out activities and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
· Conduct weekly cycle counts of materials to maintain accurate inventory records.
· Reconcile physical stock with inventory records and report discrepancies.
· Perform quarterly stock counts of machinery.
· Ensure all machinery is accurately accounted for and report any issues to the Supply Chain Manager.
· Analyze and coordinate with team for regular stock replenishment.
· Provide support to the Supply Chain Manager with various tasks as needed.
· Assist in the execution of logistics strategies and projects.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum GCE N, O Level or relevant qualifications
· Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management is advantageous.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
· Standard office environment with occasional warehouse visits.
· Flexibility to work additional hours as needed based on operational requirements.
