- 7 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation and support, with a good expertise/experience specific to Singapore Payroll.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM data model, configuration settings, and integration points.
- Handle configurations of HCM (OM, PA, Time and Payroll) independently
- Experience with SAP payroll processing, including payroll schema configuration, wage type maintenance, and payroll control records.
- Responsible primarily for successful implementation and support of SAP HR, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP HR to users.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
