Location: Novena / Orchard
Salary: $2800 - $3500 (depend on exp)
Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon- Fri 830am-530pm; Sat 830am-1pm)
Job Descriptions
- Attend to public enquiries of services available
- Liaise with relevant departments to address patients’ feedback and concerns
- Evaluate feedback forms and work with various stakeholders to identify potential service gaps and feedback that require intervention
- Ensure Feedback forms’ data are entered promptly and accurately into the database, and coordinate family conference where necessary
- Provide administrative support to the department, including minutes writing, preparing presentation materials, and collating and analysing of data
Job Requirements
- With 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in insurance claims is a plus.
