Job Responsibilities
- Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting final cost plan.
- Develop estimating tool to facilitate cost estimating automation
- Preparing quote for variations liaising with projects and Sales Engineering division
- Identify general email / phone inquiries from customers on technical specifications. Collaborate with Sales Engineering Department to reply to customers.
- Facilitate showroom visits
- Post-award data entry into SAP system for all contracts awarded
- Support all activities related to corporate events
- Prepare & submit Purchase Requisitions
- Assist in department administrative works
- Prepare meeting minutes after sales meeting
- Support Sales Representatives in preparing & submitting quotations to multiple Main Contractors for the same project
- Any other miscellaneous department administrative works
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma holder preferably in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
- Good communication skills (verbal/written).
- Good Knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Power Point.
- Experience in SAP and CRM software would be an added advantage.
- Mature, well-organized and an excellent team player.
- Customer & People oriented.
