Job Description:
- Manage the Accounting, HR and Admin function of the organization
- Competent in full spectrum of Accounting and HR duties and responsibilities
- Reviewing of financial policies and procedures
- Analyze variance and report to management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, fostering an inclusive and high-performance work environment
- Update frequently MOM regulations and pass to employees
- Other ad-hoc duties if required by management
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy/Human Resources/Business or its equivalent
- Preferably a Chartered Accountant & Human Resources at least 5 years of working experience in a similar role
- With work experience within Manufacturing industry
- Competent knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and other finance/ statutory requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of ERP INFOR is preferred
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR best practices
- Positive working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment
