Salling Search is recruiting an Accountant Executive for a reputable ship owner and operator in Singapore.
For this role, it is a must that you have the following skills, traits or past experience:
As the Accounts Executive, you will be involved in the entire process of administration expenses and record of financial transactions.
- Preparation and posting of journal entries.
- Reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- Bank reconciliations.
- Regulatory – audit preparedness.
- Performing intercompany reconciliations.
- Processing payments.
Requirements
- With a minimum of 2 years of experience in a company set up having various profit centres (relevant industry preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with subsidiary accounting
- Experience with booking overhead & administration expenses with details such as project codes and other dimensions.
- Good foundation in Excel.
- Basic understanding of ERP system(s), we use MSBC
- Experience with intercompany or profit center setups.
