Responsibilities
- Support recruitment process, including but not limited to posting job advertisement, conducting candidate resume screening, arranging interviews, etc.
- Coordinate background checks and reference checks.
- Track candidate pipeline activity in a timely manner and report back to necessary internal stakeholders.
- Analyse key recruiting metrics to identify gaps and improvement areas, create reports when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or similar discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in participating in recruitment coordination/operations.
- Attention to details.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
