Responsibilities:
· Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
· Prepare documents, presentations, reports and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards
· Anticipate the executive’s needs, proactively addressing administrative and logistics challenges
· Arrange and coordinate meetings, logistics, agenda preparation etc
· Record meeting minutes
· Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and always maintain a high level of confidentiality
· Assist with day to day operations of the HR & Admin functions and duties
· To update and maintain employee records in the HR system
· Staff benefits and compensation administration
· Responsible for company insurance, license and medical insurance claims
· Liaise with government bodies on HR related matters
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, or a related discipline
· Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
· Dynamic, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
· Highly meticulous with an eye for details
